Denholm Barwil is one of the UK 's leading port and marine service providers, with a comprehensive infrastructure serving the UK. Their in-house expertise allows them to handle container, conventional cargo, ro-ro, PCCs, PCTCs, cruise, military, tanker and cable vessels.
Their Portland operation based within the port has handled shipments of cable, peat, short sea liner operation, cruise calls, super yachts visits, US Military calls and range of other vessel types.
Denholm Barwil are particularly pleased to have a good relationship with the port and actively works to try and bring new business to this excellent deep water facility.
Further to our commercial activities within the port, Niall Denholm Managing Director sits on the Port Consultative Committee representing the Chamber of Shipping.
